Sharing Firewall Access

Sharing lets a teammate see one of your firewalls or game protections from their own PlaySafe account, without your password.

Open it from Security > Firewalls > your firewall (or Security > Game protection > your protection) and click Share in the header. When the firewall is shared, the button shows how many people have access.

Give access

  1. Click Share. The Manage Access dialog opens.
  2. In Invite by email, type the email of the person’s PlaySafe account. They must already have an account.
  3. Click the add button (or press Enter).
  4. They appear under Shared with.

The firewall now shows in their Security > Firewalls or Security > Game protection list, marked Shared by with your name, and is counted in Shared with you. PlaySafe does not send them an email; let them know yourself.

If the email has no PlaySafe account, or the firewall is already shared with it, the panel shows an error.

Remove access

Open Share again and click the remove button next to the person’s email. The firewall disappears from their panel.
